Hi all.
@ Taylor , what do you mean you never stood a chance? Was there a crowd or something? Next time I'll go with you , I carry nun chukkas, they clear a crowd real fast Funny.
I'm glad I hunt in the water then. I have been making surfboard and paddleski skegs for some of my mates on my homebuilt cnc router, and I had a thought. I was thinking that if I added some kind of fin/wing system to the shaft of my CZ21, just above the coil, that can be adjusted (angle of attack etc) I could possibly make the swinging a bit easier. I then occurred to me that if you look at your machine and really think about it, you could actually do a lot of improvements to the structure to make it easier to use for long periods of time.
Balance for example.....how well is a detector balanced, have they ever spent any real research money on the actual chassis? I suppose I think like this because electronics is not my forte. Any way the experimentation continues.

No Millions yet, De Wets dorp is being discussed again for February, I bought myself a new Hummer today. check it out......this thing makes me yearn for the open road....the hot wind racing through my flowing locks(read NO AIRCON).....that feeling of gut wrenching power(read1000cc)...........check out the pic.
Only thing that worries me is the ridiculous fuel consumption( read" Been driving around for 3 days on 50 bucks) lol![nono]
Anyway the bounty on this hunt is a railway lunch box containing 300 gold coins , some documents and jewellery.  Boer war days, wife saw husband walk into field with box and spade, he went to war and was killed, his body was returned to the farm. The box was never found, the owner , now in his 80's is still pretty sharp and will meet us there to go over what he knows and or suspects........long shot but hey why the hell not. The British used the house as a base during the war so you can imagine the visions I have been having Funny I mean , could it really get any better ...........and NO pull Tabs heeeeya!

Sh*t.......7 but that's trickery! I knew them all......swear! :Smiley
Yes it's a great little car.....loads 900kg hehehe!  Worried about theft so I might just leave it in the kitchen tonight........wife and I had an argument so I'll be staying in the cottage tonight. Funny
Funny you should say that Pgill, I actually suggested to him that maybe you join us and document it......he actually never answered me.I must run it by him again.
Sure could use the help......I'll obviously only get my cut, he won't want to cut you in so it would be between you and me. I'm talking like I've already found it lol! Idiot, but you get my point ne? 3 day hunt......British Troops .......Boer War...........Could be something to make a plan over. I'm taking a rock that I carved with the names of all the kids that where taken off the farm......they all ended up dying in Springfontein! Broke my heart doing the damn research and it was kinda like therapy to do something in memory of them........I sound just like a flippen chick hehehe! I get so into the research on these things that I kind of live myself into it. It's weird really cause I don't often come away completely empty handed.

When this family approached me...more than a year ago I was really sceptical but as I started to get the real info  and documentation of things, and the university provided me with spectacular info........this story actually could have some merit.
Got to check it out!
