Cambodia is lucky if they could get just a fraction of their treasures back. England still holds the Elgin Marbles from the Parthenon and refuses to return it to Greece. They also have tons of Egyptian artifacts that they refuse to return. A large part of Cambodia's treasure is in private collections that are unknown to the govt.
