Just wished we had a lot more water around to go fishing like I used to do in Florida and South Texas (Corpus Christi) even had two boats one for fresh water and one for salt water.  Now in New Mexico water is so far away to even go fishing. Sad  One of these days I will be able to retire and live by a lake in the back yard. Grin

That looks like a tough creature for sure. Ive cleaned many snapping turtles. You can cut the heart out and lay it aside, 4 hours later.....sprinkle salt on it and it will start beating again. I recommend beheading and declawing fjrst lol.
