Odyssey Marine Exploration Announces Move To The NASDAQ Stock Market

TAMPA, FL - June 28, 2007 - Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (currently
AMEX:OMR), the world leader in the field of deep-ocean shipwreck exploration,
announced today that its application for listing its common stock on The NASDAQ
Stock Market LLC? has been approved, and the transfer of trading from the
American Stock Exchange to NASDAQ will become effective on or about July 10,
2007. Odyssey Marine Exploration will trade under the symbol NASDAQ:OMEX.

Well, I think it is just a logical consequence they are trying to get on the stock market. However I don't know if they will be able to hit another big treasure site soon. It will be interesting to see how their stock value is going to develop.

They are already on the American Stock Exchange Christian. I don't know how well they will do because of all the controversy surrounding them right now. This Black Swan find has caused them alot of grief and it won't be over for along time.

Judge rules against Odyssey

"Friday, a federal judge ordered Odyssey Marine to transfer custody of buckets of coins to the Spanish government by Friday February 24th."
