bit of a high end private members golf club mentality , snooty nosed level of distaste from the big boys.guess it puts the nose out of joint if an outsider claims the glory.plus am sure commercial companies would do a decent job considering the company may be building up a respectable reputation.also given the speed at which the project started moving as opposed to "taking years".
