Did an American treasure hunter plunder Spains ural heritage?  Or should private companies have a right to profit from historic vessels sunk in international waters?

So what ever happened to maritime law? If a vessel is left unattended it belongs to the one who finds it? I guess that if the remains of one of those poor devils was found on the wreck that you could say that it was not left unattended too but then 200 years under water won?t leave much now will it Smiley
