Russian Monitor Novgorod
was mentioned in one of the comments. But from what I read that ship was about 90 feet and this is 60 feet. And both were scrapped and accounted for.  Other possibilities is natural formation, gun turret from a ship, and a man made object similar to Stonehenge. (Did not think the oceans went down that far during the Ice age?)

I'd think it would have be cool if it would be a Russian iron ship. Its a shame they sent those off to the scrap heap. Hopefully at 300 feet some one else will get down there soon and check it out. Did you spot what they are looking for? Cases of Champagne Cognac from WW I.
