Bill Minor ran with Jessy James Gang before coming to the east he robbed a train outside of gainesville ga off cagle rd they chased him he hid the gold dabloons somewhere between where he robbed the train which is bill minors crossing and the lake and the gold has never been recovered my great aunt saw the train robbery from another crossing I have herd many stories about it wonder if the gold will ever be found what a nice find that would be but the government would probably take it but it would be nice to find it even if they did

they r so many different property owners now and its about a 5 mile length from there to the lake but it would be nice people dont just let people metal detect there yards much they r some exceptions i just dont know the exact route he took ive looked some but there is a lot of land to cover
