It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

I'll bet there were a lot of broken sticks in that game.

They were worried about that but i don't think any broke that I saw. They were also worried about the skates breaking. Wonder why that was???     My buds the Pens got their *sses kicked!

GD. Did a non-rain dance or if you may, an inverted rain dance so it looks like we are off the hook on this storm.

There is no sense for me repeating myself that the story is untrue. It was not in any state newspapers at the time,  No book has this story.  No country had this much gold, and there was not much coins back then and very little gold coins. Therefore there was no single coins found, and no names was mention in the treasure books that was written by a writer in the mid west.  I live in Connecticut most of my life and I purchased my metal detector in 1964.  Unlike the writers of this story who never interview the family.  I first interview William Bates, who was a story teller,  who convince many people that the story was true and the coins were near a brook.  I next interview his son in law who was living in the tavern at the time, and he told me that the family never heard of the story until a woman wrote a letter to the Hartford newspaper which was published. I am sure that many professional treasure hunters search for it with other part time treasure hunters.  The best proof that I have that the story is untrue, is that Seldon refused to this day to come to the great state of Connecticut to find it and make him rich.  Now, Seldom, why are your refusing to come to Connecticut to find this so call treasure?
