Sorry, but no.  I don't live in Saltville anymore, but it's only a 2 hr drive from where I currently live.  If you need any further info contact me and I can map it out for you.  If that doesn't work, I'll be driving over there late spring or early summer. 
There's another old cave located behind the Madame Russell house.  It was told to me that Robie Mayden had discovered it and had dug there for awhile finding some Civil War artifacts.  On the hill to the right trenches dug during the Civil War can still be clearly seen.  I have personally detected the trench area and have found quite a few Civil War era coins, bullets, a belt buckle, and my father had found an old exploded artillary shell.   But the cave itself as far as I know has never been detected.
