has anyone heard of the great falls train robbery of November 1887 ? i read about it several years ago in lost treasure magazine but cant find it now.i researched the story but could never prove the robbery ever happened.most every thing else checked out.

This might be the guy you looking for but I think its more legend then fact.

"Remus Rodham; horse thief, sent to Montana Territorial Prison 1885, escaped 1887, robbed the Montana Flyer six times. Caught by Pinkerton detectives, convicted and hanged in 1889."

Folks tried to connect Remus Rodham with Hillery Clinton some time back thats the only reason I even know his name. Your best bet is to check the old news papers of the area and unless you can put boots on the ground there don't think you will have much on the net.
