Welcome from Arizona.     If Jesse James buried treasure in one place, he could have buried it in others also.   So whether Ron Pastore found Jesse James treasure or not you should continue your research until you reach your own dead end.

Hello Bigdaddy. I lived in Clinton, TN fo 9 years. Where do you live? Jesse James buried more than one treasure. To answer your question, it depends on where you find it. If its in a state park someone will try to take it away from you. The best thing is to keep your mouth shut but don't give up your search.

Funny  I watched the Pastore show on Jesse James Hidden Treasure and thought it was cool,BUT I kept reading at this site how Ron Pastore was so DISLIKED and wondered why.
Today I found out why !   Violent

I googled his name and found some disturbing facts about him,he is VERY DISLIKED ELSEWHERE
You can read for yourself @  Newman University's website on Pastore, here are some links to read about him............

He is described as a  Fake, Fraud,Phony.
So don't always believe what you see, even on the history channel!

Pastore is not the first are last person who has tried to use TV and books to change history for their own benefit. Brewer is another one that try's to rewrite  history are make up facts to fit his interpretation of things. The only way to know the facts for sure is to go back to sq. one and start your own research.

I agree with all the comments you guys have said, someone must of spent quite a while there to carve those rocks so don't tell
anyone just keep going there and search everywhere and if your lucky then tell no one

If your talking about the Carvings Frank and Jesse Left at Dunbar Cave ,don't bother it's now a state park and it's been searched over hundreds if not thousands of times.

  Amen

LOL! Sorta like The Naked Archaeologist, Simcha Jacobovici, whose show is also on the History Channel has about the same reputation with real archaeologists as Pastore does with the James Family and others.

Recently you may have seen where the original nails from Christ's crucifixion were found - well this was good ol' Simcha (Canadian journalist and documentary filmmaker with no archaeology training) in collaboration with James Cameron (Canadian filmmaker of Hollywood fame - AVATAR & TITANIC)  who supposedly found them. It seems the real archaeologists strongly disagree.  It will probably become a special documentary on one of the big three.

Interesting that after all these centuries they would discover these nails less than two weeks before Easter.
