One thing he didnt have was a bunch of guys with computers sitting around with nothing to do till the snow melts in the hills  Grin
He also didn't live nearby, or have sattelite and aerial photography which we do on geocommunicator.gov

Before we can go hiking though there are a few questions we need answers to.
Did W D Rhea really exist or was it a pen name? Is he alive or deceased?
Did Siawhia exist? Supposedly died in 1970.
Most importantly did Charles Curtiss really exist?

I was thinking metal detector,,,your to high tek for me lol.. wonder if there was a spring if in a wet spring it would seep some water may be covered up wiyh junk leaves and stuff.. ever use divineing rods i an find well caseings and such might be helpful

True metal detectors are a bonus Smiley I was just hoping to figure out where to start using it a lil closer  Grin

Even if we don't find that cabin, there are a lot of old miners cabins and I can bet there might still be a goodie or two out there.  Smiley
