For all of my friends who have seen my Civil War documentary "Last Raid at Cabin Creek" (some DVD copies have been awarded as door prizes at some Digging in Virginia events), just wanted to let you know that the documentary finally had its broadcast premiere on April 2.

Here's a link to the story in the Tulsa World.

The program received such a response from the public that the entertainment editor from the newspaper called the station to ask when they would re-air it. The documentary will be seen again on May 18 and May 20.

Best Regards from the Kansas-Missouri border,
Steve Warren

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.
