The GPAA is a nationwide club with claims you can use in every state where gold is found. That being said, here's what I remember from memory.

Gold has been found in Georgia and Alabama in the northern part of the states. South Carolina in the west. I heard a story around a campfire once of a mine in Murfreesboro but have no way to verify that.

You are in the cradle of the Civil War there with battlefields and campgrounds all around you. Watch for snakes.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.
