   Hello Everyone,
For most of us we want bigger & better detectors, However most of us these days have a skinny wallet!. I am currently in the early stages of designing my own detector! and If I'm luckey, I can get it marketed which would be  Great.  currently I am still in the designing stage. and I have several Ideas that will make this detector a benfit to anyone that uses it. What I will say right now,
( to keep it secret due to the fact I had another idea that someone stole right out from underneath me which really made me Angry  ) Not that anyone here
would do it but you never know whos just passing thru on a mission to grab things like those looking for download and just leave after fifteen posts.
I came up with this Idea, when I was out a couple of weeks ago detecting.
after I get everything up and working and the pat paper work filed ( have to check the fees again ) and all is said and done what I would like to do is show
my detector here! As much, as I would like to let you guys in on the project, Unfortunately I just have to wait.
Personally I think this one is a good to go and has not been, built for the open market to this date  Great So Im busting my butt to get the provincial paperwork done and playing beat the clock so to speak, So I can be first in line with this one.,,, Just thought Id let everyone know what I'm up to in this arena of Metal Detecting, As Always Best Wishes & Have a Safe and Happy Holliday,,Rob

Good luck on your project, Rob. If there's anything I can do to help you, contact me via PM.

Have a look at the information here regarding your decision to patent or not patent. Don Lancaster believes you should just step out and make your device available. A patent is good but doesn't have legal legs like actually manufacturing a device. Protecting a patent is up to the patent holder and can cost you more than you make on your product to protect it. On the other hand, making your money and running to the bank with it keeps the profits in your pocket. See Don's opinions here:

Hi GD,
Thanks for the site information, Lots of good Information there! I will keep your offer in mind & thank you for offering your services  Great I wanted to see
something diffrent on the market that would work well for what I wanted, and its not there. So as they say if you want something done right" you have to do it yourself" So I took the plunge and have started my project. ( I know watching all those episodes of Tool Time would pay Off!! Funny,,,Best Wishes,,Rob

So this is a diesel powered, 6000 watt, discombobulator controlled metal detector, digger and forum posting machine with a built in video camera?

Nice one.

His site can be a dog's breakfast at times and navigation is easier from the home page. There's just SO much information there. Enjoy!
