Just need some input on frequency for a deep Sensitive for detector and is is possible to modify a detectors to change frequency. I'm fairly new to this but I'm eager and willing to learn.

The higher frequency will be better for non ferrous objects like gold but the type of frequency that you are talking about exceeds the VLF range, 32Khz is above the VLF as VLF ends at 30Khz. As a newbie I would stick to existing designs then learn from what the other guys are doing. Mind you most of the great inventions were done by some crazy mind that dared to do it so why not just go for it. The reason why we do not use such hight frequencies is because of the bounce that you get from the ground.

All the best
Xavier PS 18Khz sounds like a good one to me

Trying to produce a machine that can see sub Grain size gold.

It will not be able to get down more then say 6 inches at best.
