Please help!
I am assembling goldscan 4 from the diagram on the first page. And here I have a problem- after assembling the Pcb,on the power supply U10,U12,U13 follows +5V and -10,5V voltage. Why does it happen. Are ther any errors in the schematic and Pcb? Is the schematic correct? I am asking for help or send a valid scheme.
