Hi dr.jare,
Yes, you are right, the S1 schematics has own "ground balance" circuits. I saw it when did a detailed examination of S1 schematics. And I dont have so much experience with IB metal detector. I made only PI metal detectors. They are simple and easy to implement than IB detectors.

Christmas is Good for sure.

If we could get rid of the commercialization of the mess it would have some more meaning to the idea Behind the whole thing.
