could you share the info on your 12in DD coil for the whites XLT? i believe it is 6.59khz thank you

It just takes a little practice and you have to slow down on your sweep speed . When you go fast the target ID/depth is not accurate untill you slow down . I just use a composite trowel and brass probe . Dig your first targets very slow and remember the exact position of the coil in respect to the target you find . And after a while you will be "Right on the Money" every time . There are some pin-ponter schematics posted here . A pin-pointer is very helpfull and will speed up your target recovery time .

You have to have a known to get home.

If you know the R,I,X of L and C, you can duplicate that in a larger form.

Don't forget the larger you get the larger the detected targets will be.
