hello all experts

I want to make a MD that be able to discriminate between gold and other metal. Also its sensitivity be enough for a 30x30 cm piece at 2 meter distance.which one you advice:
1-delta puls
2-BDP 2010
3-TGS or TGSL
4-please take into account the correctness of available schematics

i mean maximum sensitivity with better discrimination in soil. The figure "30 x 30" was an example to imagine the sensitivity needed to detect gold treasures. Cheesy

Regards

Newest version of Delta Pulse will be great for deep targets and NO discrimination !!

Shallow targets with discrimination build the TGSL with DD coil .

Your PI [Pulse Induction] files you posted in our download area have a few errors , it is not your fault !! I am checking and researching again tomorrow .

I am just a TECH-HOBBY-BUILDER ......not a "Engineer on Paper"... Expert !!
I am hands on , not afraid to get my hands dirty !!!  Great

Best Regards..........Eugene

Hello Nikon . It sounds like you want to build something that goes deep . A PI pulse Induction Metal Detector has no discrimination . Build the Delta Pulse or one of the better German Pulse Detectors .
I spent hours reading on the German Forum last night and was really surprised and learned some great new things about their PI coils , sample delay and PI coil inductance . Sorry to say , some of their PI designs are pretty impressive !! Especially after a few years of corrections posted on their German forum.

To find the best choice , sometimes you need to research a little bit Nikon like I do everyday .

Study the PI schematics you posted and Google translate the German electronic forum and you will be very surprised . For VLF , the Tesoro Golden Sabre project is good for small coins at 8 inch depth with a DD search coil . We will not tell you what to do , we can only guide you to some good choices !!

It is up to you on what you decide to build , just make sure all the parts are available in your country before you start !!!

Regards......Eugene
