I couldn't find a proper place to post this so have tried here and if a mod thinks it would be better else where, please move it.
I have been looking on ebay for when I am ready to buy a good detector and to see what prices they are going for. I have noticed that there a lot of good detectors that are only sold or shipped with in the USA or Canada like this one for instance

and I was wondering, if there is some way of getting one of you people in the states to do the purchase and then send it over to me if I cover all expenses and something for your efforts. Now I know I can't just ask anyone as there is the chance of being taken but from what I have read in here, there seems to be a few trust worthy ppl that I could work something out with if they were interested.

I don't know about the brand. (Its not a Tesoro sand shark) But one thing to consider is if you have a problem later with the metal detector. It could end up being a problem.

dont waste your money on that POS. POS= piece of doo doo. When you purchase off ebay you can have the item shipped to someone in the US and then have them ship it to you. I dont know what country your in, but that could be big $$ and or big trouble. I'm sure there are people here that know alot more about that subject than I do ( I know nothing about shipping overseas)

Hi zoro! Your best bet would to be tofind a seller that will ship to Australia if you can find a detector you would really like to have. My only experience with overseas shipping is I have purchased a couple of book from sellers in Australia, on e-bay. I have never had any trouble having them shipped here, but I know nothing about sending them there.

In the last year to year-and-a-half I have purchased three detectors of of e-bay and they have all worked great! Great
