Go Up Go Down

Found this today searching around an old mining area, here in BC.  At first I thought it was a musket ball (would be a very strange find for this location) but a closer inspection I see it has threads in the hole.  There is also a bead running around the circumference.  Its only about 3/4" across.
What do you think it is?

Go Up Go Down

Looks like a counter balance weight for a small scale.

Go Up Go Down

That seems about right there Seldom.  I was thinking maybe a drawer pull, but it seemed too small.  Guess I'll have to go back and look for the rest of the scale (maybe they left some gold on it! :Smiley)
