not sure if it is a candle holder or what, but it is made of copper and has a lid which is attached by a chain and is marked "Made in Utah" on the bottom, and this measures about 3 1/2" tall to op of lid and base is about 3 1/8" across

Well, I bought it and as soon as i get it I can hopefully shed a little" light" Grin on wether a candle holder or not. buy the residue on the inside.

To Me It looks like a Flame was in there and it might of been used to melt Sealing Wax back in the Day,
But I am sure it is a Desk Top type thing
