AN ANGLESITE?

HALLO TO ALL.
We found this stone which is hard and it clots milk and cuts glass.It was in a cave.
It weighs 278gms. We don't know what is it.At fist glance you will think it is a quartz but it is not.
We searched and found it looked like anglesite.
Will someone tell us what is it?

A lot of things will scratch glass. You don't need a diamond to replace a glass window.

Take it to a local college geography department and ask them for help.

not anglesite for sure because you said it cut glass that is hard but anglesite is "soft" (grade 3 on the mohs reference scale)

hardness of a mineral as like density and powder colour is a diagnostic element, if your sample is transparent se if you could read trough it, if you see "double" across the mineral is a birifrangent one.
