I have never seen one of these before.I can make out "standard" at the top and the eagle in the middle but can't make out the bottom.Nothing on the reverse side.Anybody have any ideas?

Here is another pic after a little more cleaning.I think it reads "Standard High 20 Lour"..What ever that means..It VDI's at +52 on the V3I..

Interesting.  In the center was probably a high spot where you could spin it and there was probably an arrow on the back side.
 I found lots of tokens in gold rush towns. 

 Double check to see what it says. Look at it under a loupe, in different light and hold it at an angle.

 I have never seen one like that.  I know there were flour tokens but I don't see an "F".

UPDATE!! It is a flat button that dates to the 1820's.It says "Standard Rich Colour". The shank is missing.Here is another pic of one intact..Thanks everybody!

looks like a button to me , you can see where the shank used to be in the middle of the eagle. It probably said 'high colour' or something like that. i have lots of buttons that have 'high colour' written on the back of them. the front of those is usually blank. greeting from Ireland!
