Hi MF,
The site that I found it on has produced all kinds of scouting stuff, and the "SF" at the bottom made me think that some languages when spoken are backwards so SF "scouting Francais" I looked that up in as many places as possible, without any success then I thought the lions and tablets are religious and usually associated with the Jewish faith so I put them together and did another search and there they were..."happy happy"  Smiley...........HH...Johnnn

Congratulations, Johnnn.   I was beginning to wonder if it would ever get identified.   I'm combining all the related threads into one so it will be easier for future readers.   ( You never know when someone may stumble on another of those).

Hi BA,
I was really surprised when this symbol jumped out after so many hours looking for it, but that's one of the things I like after finding an item "trying to ID it" ...HH...Johnnn
