Go Up Go Down

I found this brass object about 25 years ago.

It showed up in tha water heater closet today?

I never could figger out what it is.

{alt}

{alt}

The large hole has a lip on tha inside
apparently for a retainer of some kind.

Could this be a water nozzle, maybe
for a hotel fire hose?

The inside diameter of tha big hole
is 1 and 5/16 inch.

{alt}

The inside diameter of tha small hole
is 11/16 inch.

{alt}

{alt}

Thanks fer lookin,

Tabdog

Not sure what it is supposed to be but if you could thread the big end and put a plug in it and then drill a vent hole it would make a neat little black powder cannon if it is the same diameter inside from end to end. Wink

Sorry, but it does not have a consistant bore.
The metal is a uniform thickness, so, the inside
follows the shape of the outside.

I think it is too small in size for a water noozle but could be related to some sort of bar / brewery gear?
