Copper Cylinder

Hello to all.
We found a bullet like copper cylinder 8mm length 6mm diameter head with glittering object. It has a grass vial which is sealed inside.When magnified the cylinder shows circles with symbols inside.It weighs 150gm.
Tell us what is it.
