Found this in the park yesterday. Looks like 30 cal or larger, but what is with the yellow tip?

Don't know what's wrong, but this thread won't let me upload the photo no matter what the size or resolution I make it.

i recently start having problems with uploading photos when i am using firefox. Thumbs Down Thumbs Down
I have No problems if i use explorer  Huh?  Great

Here are the dimensions.
diameter = .452 "
length = .955"
weight = .52 OzT (16.2 gr).
Still can't upload. Using Android phone as usual.

Looks like the one I have is 45 cal. but has the yellow pointed tip not a round tip. It probably is a plastic tip. I was just worried it was a tracer round. Phosphor is no good to handle. Still can't upload. Tried pixes I uploaded before, but  no luck.
