The size of this object is as big as a half dollar coin and seems too be made of copper also it was fairly deep at 12 inches down.

Thanks for posting.  Sorry, can't tell much from the fuzzy pics. Wink  Appears your camera doesn't have a macro setting for close-ups, but maybe this will help.

Go to our Planet Treasure board > Useful Links forum > Metal Detecting Links Sub Board > Metal Detecting World.com topic

Then follow the route I mention in the above topic for photo help.
