Looks to me like someone was farming fish in much the same way that the ancient Hawaiians did. The people of the Middle East were known to have similar fish ponds. They work on the principal that little fish are attracted to areas with lots of food...they grow up and then are too large to get back out through the "gates" in the fish pond that they originally came in through.

I look through the Red Book of lost symbols of the ancient Middle East, and there translation and you are spot on.

selamlar dostum balık biliyorsun kesin define işareti olarak biliniyor dere veya göl kenarlarında olabilir bu işaret hangi şehirde acaba işaret sağlamsa malıda duruyordur.
