Does anybody recognize this type of pin? It's not too big (notice nickle in pic) possibly was gold plated seems to maybe be copper, It says "E PLURIBUS UNUM" in the banner so I'm pretty sure it's from the states. It has a pin type retainer and a heavy duty threaded lug on the back, I don't see any other writing or manufacture stamping but i haven't cleaned it too extensively. I found it at a local park (with my garret gta350) near a tree at about 4", it read as and pretty much sounded like a clad quarter.

Thanks for your help and thanks for lookin', CANI

Very Familiar. Its Officer Brass for their service cap...better known an bus driver cap. That looks fairly old, maybe from the 50's or 60's?
