 The whole thing is about 10 inches long. The bowl part is only about 1" across and it holds about 1/2 of a shot glass, so like .75 of an oz. Hello

I've even researched bullet making... but, while the shape is somewhat right... it is far too large, and not nearly sturdy enough for the hot lead.

Looks similar to a candle snuff, but the handle orientation's wrong...

I have seen a tool that is used to dip small amounts (1/2 oz)  of wine or beer out of the vats it is being made in for testing that look very close.
