Coin is not old (1993) or any precious metal but it has a really cool bust of a conquistador type figure. Any help ID'ing would be appreciated. Thx Wisconsin-digger

good start.....and your foreign coin is from Panama. It is 1/10th of a Balboa, the official currency of Panama. It is named after the Spanish explorer/conquistador who led the first known European expedition in the New World to view the Pacific Ocean circa 1513.
