Ok Mate, Well the word Triennial means every three years and the date is when it was foundered (1895)  and 26 is the 26 Triennial 3 Times 26 is 78 so ADD 1895 + 78 = 1973 and that is what I guess the date to be just looking at the condition and doing the Maths,

It just might be A Knights Templar / Masson's Medal,  from what I found on the NET and it is hard Rubber, Here's a link.

Hope this Helps,

Nice detective work, but 1895 was the 26th Triennial of the founding of the Knights Templar in 1817 (1895 - 78)...so the "medal" would be from 1895 which fits with the type of material much better than does the 1973 date.

Cool, I didn't know about the 1817 part, So I took it from the date being 1895 So My Idea was right But I didn't have the correct start date,

Thanks BA,  I sure am glad I got the Riddle solved even if the correct start date was wrong,

Always glad to lend a helping hand.   Just for future reference any time you see an "ennial" and it only has one date, the date specified is usually the end date and you have to subtract from that to get the start date.  Smiley   That's why a prefer that they have both dates (like Prescott Arizona Sesquicentennial 1864 - 2014).
