A friend gifted me a Silver Eagle. The battery box was broken, shout out to Mary at Whites for sending me one and not letting me pay for it, she was a sweet lady! Looking forward to trying it, looking for tips from past users, not much info on line about it except the manual and a video or two of users.  General info on the best way to tune and discriminate would be great!

Once the box is here I plan on getting out and trying it, any suggestions for Western Washington, central Puget Sound area?

Thanks!
Dave

First read the manual
then read the manual again and again.there is allot of info there.
get familiar with the factory settings before you start changing things.
it will take time.perhaps 10-15 hours of use before you start understanding what the detector is telling you.
read the manual again Smiley
