Im sure I answered this question a couple of weeks ago, Try getting one of the Coiltek nugget finder coils that's made for the Minelab GP/GPX series of detectors as they are the best you can buy or see if you can get one of the minelab coils,

Coiltek make the best coils that have found more Gold than any other brand and they make Dozens of Coil types Like Mono, DD in each size and shape and they are a lot cheaper than the minelab coils

Go to Coiltek.AU and see their massive list,

good luck I hope this helps

Also note that All Minelab SD/GP/GPX Coils are wired the same as Whites Coils So they will match perfectly As in they are Interchangable

Thanks RR I've viewed most of the coil pages, thought maybe I could catch a used one for a few bucks less as 400$ or so, seems a might high for a pulse coil when they are easier to make than a vlf coil.  Guess they are not that many out there to buy a used one, thought maybe I could catch one for a 200$ or so or have someone to make one as I need one for cache hunting.  thanks  shortribs

Well Try Giving Steve Herschbach a call he use to own AMD (Alaska mining and Dive supply) he might have a few kicking around and he's a great bloke Too, I know he has a lot of gear, if not try AMDS.
