Go Up Go Down

Hi everyone, It's been a while since I've been here. Just wanted to share that i just got another MD that belonged to my Grandpa. It's a coinmaster 6000/Di Series 3. I got two coils with it. One is a small 7 inch and the other is a big 11 inch maybe? Blue max 256 widescan.

If anyone has used this model i would love to hear what you have to say about it. I haven't had a chance to take it out yet. I hope to sometime this week.

Thanks, Freedom

The Whites 6000 DI is a brilliant detector with probable the first near accurate display indicator.  I had one of these machine when they first came out and found it to be very sensitive and reliable. Do some tests on local coins and see where the needle ends and make a not of it either on a pad or mentally.  When your out in the field using it you might be able to recognise some of the buried targets before you dig them .... just a thought thinking it might be of use.... happy hunting

Hi all, Just wanted to say thank you for the replies...I had a chance to get it and use it the other day for about an hour...I found a few pennies (nothing old) and a broken watch. Nothing to brag about. I had my eight year old daughter with me. We had a blast. Boy that thing can get heavy though Smiley

Homefire, I very much would like to have a copy of the service manual for it. Thanks a bunch for the offer! I can sent you my email address if that's how you like to do it...My email is the same as my user name @gmail.com.

Thanks again everyone

Homefire, do you still have a copy of the service manual ? I have a sears (Whtes) that i think is a 6000 Di Series 2 or series 3. A service manual would be helpful
for adjustment after repair and probably going to recap as well.
