Go Up Go Down

Hello . Finally took the plunge and purchased the prizm 6T a couple of days ago so i thought i would let you all know how i got on testing it out. For the first test i took it to the beach to see how it would handle the wet sand , all i can say is that it loved it . The only thing i had to do was lower the sense a tad to steady the machine up a touch and nothing else . Did'nt get much out but i think that was just down to me not truly understanding what it was telling me , but i still managed to pull out some lead bullets and some .303 shells at dephs of roughly 4"- 6.5" and one 1970's decimal half penny from 5.5 inches which i had to say impressed me because of how small and thin these coins are. On the dry sand i could pump up the sense to nearly full and still get no falsing , managed to pull out 37 coins in 1 hour from places i had searched loads of times before so i was more than pleased. The second test was on a small tot lot nearby with a grass surface to it , i only had half hour free to try it and again the machine worked a treat .  I managed to pull out 21 coins in the time i had the deepest of these was a fifty pence piece at 9" . so all in all i can truly say at ?354 it was money well spent . The only thing i can say that i dont like about the detector is the multi tone id on it as the high silver reading is way to shrill for my liking so i am glad that you have the choice of that or single tone. Thanks for reading . Malc  Detecting Detecting Detecting

I am thinking about purchasing the 6T directly from White's Italy. Price is 410 eur delivered at the moment which is much cheaper than in France by abt 150 Eur. I went through various mails on this topic but as they all are a bit old, I 'd like to know if, as I am a beginner, this would be a good choice or if for this price there would be a better alternative. All advises/pros cons/ return on experience are welcome. Thanks a lot

That is a high price in france

As a beginner I would recommend a Garratt Ace 250
