I had a QXT Pro for about 3 years.  I never really cared for it.  My old analog detectors always outperformed it. I didn't like the idea that I had to go into a menu, find a sub-menu just to tweak it a little, then have to get back to the operating program through other digital functions.  Just me.  I guess I'm just an analog guy in a digital world!  Sold it a while back because I just didn't use it anymore.                   Detecting

I still have both my Q2& QXTpro  love my Q2 and think the QXTp is laso a good machine just did not spend much time detecting with it and they get deep signals I have found dimes at 9". Like any thing takes some getting used to.

Got the 1v which is a nice machine but my most used out of all my machines is the DFX once mastered they take a bit of beating.

If you could get hold of a used one that would be a good detector. I didn't really like the surfing to get to an adjustment but its easy when learned and if you set in in non noise mode or noise mode u will gain some depth with it and tweak it out. Was a sleeper for whites but was a good detector.
