Go Up Go Down

[detecting] Hi, I'm getting back into detecting so I would like some feed back on the Whites Spectra V3i. The last detector I owned was the Whites 6000D(along time ago), it worked great yrs. ago I found lots of coins, some old some new, but the main thing is that I had alot of fun detecting. So now I want to purchase the Whites Spectra and I would like some feed back on just how good is this detector. I'm mainly interested in digging coins and rings, maybe some relics and also when I go to the beach I would like to use it there also. One other thing, I'm not the type of guy to have numerous detectors to use, I only want to buy one good one that will last me for several years. Thanks

G Day Trapper, The V3i is about as good as it gets you can manualy adjust everything so you get to deside
how the machine works, It is the worlds first updatable detector which means it is future proof there are over
16 coils available for it, 7 of them from Whites, and once you own one you may never have to buy another
machine again if Whites keep bring out updated software, bottm line is you make this detector suitable to
match your style of hunting and your type of ground, I hope this helps,

Also if you buy a V3i make sure you buy the Whites V-Rated coils and don't get sold Whites non V-Rated coils because
the coils wont work properly, OK,

Thank You very much for the reply, its greatly appreciated. Like I said in the post I used a Whites 600d and at that time it was the top of the line. So I am partial to Whites, plus its made in the USA. Thanks again
