Go Up Go Down

I have been using Nautilus detectors for the past few years and love them; they run in true stereo. I have been reading up on the 3Vi and I am loving what it has to offer. The question: I have read how it can run in stereo, are the sounds isolated to all metal on one side and discriminated sounds on the other side? I can see how this could be very useful to hear and then use the screen to further analyze information on the potential target. This would be very useful in more modern sites and broaden my detecting from cellar hole hunting to include parks, lawns and populated areas.
Thanking you in advance for your help and advise, Mike

Yes I've used the stereo mixed mode and that's how it works - am one ear/disc other ear - and you can change ears/sides - balance - tone - sensitivity, etc... really nice - deep - slick!!!  There's also regular mm where you hear both at the same time like older whites - xlt etc..  stereo mm is the stuff - I really like it for deep huntin!!  Hope that helps.

Thanks,
That is what I was hoping for. This detector sounds great. It will give a lot of information, you can use your ears to narrow down the digging and then the screen to identify the targets.
