can somebody help me how to retrieve such situation like this that a drum is tied into a chain [idea]do i need to bring a steel saw to cut the chain or is there an opening at the end of that chain? i'm also wandering if this can be carried by a 5 tooner block. thanks to anyone who can help me. Clapp

It's pretty common for a barrel filled with cement to be used as an anchor for a buoy or for tying up a boat. Why bring up a barrel full of cement?
