Well it's man made by the looks of it. Could have come from an old building.

My guess is it was used as a Base Stone for a support Beam  (Column) of a structure.

First off I have warned you about disrespect use the name Japaneses or I will mute you NO MORE WARNINGS

Second with out anything in the picture to show size your just blowing smoke it could be 3 in or 3 ft wide

Now the ROCKS the one does look man made a probability used as a foundation stone at an outpost or radio station NOT A TREASURE SIGN. The rest are just rock sorry.

Definitely a foundation footing and nothing more. Do us a favor and quit trying to get everyone here to tell you that you are inches away from a treasure that doesn't exist. IF you want to dream, fine, but do not include us in your nightmares. If you keep this up, folks here will put you in their ignore file.

you can do trial digging for your tentative site. about 2 to 3 feet deep. you invstigate more analyalyze your area. it you have metal detectors it may help you. if it is necessary continue to dig deeper.
always remember that treasure hunting is 90 percent research and 10 percent hardwork! good luck!

The top of the hill is the BEST place to put a building, especially if it is relatively isolated in an area that promotes dense vegetation.   As for the jungle, when the building was built they probably had the jungle cleared away for at least 50 to 100 meters in every direction.   However, when the site was abandoned, the jungle would have grown back very quickly.

Darkangel, it's a foundation footing, nothing more than that.

As for your other photos, you may wish to do a bit of research into the Shinto religion ( of which many Japanese soldiers believed in). Some Shinto rock markers, called "Dosojin" only carry inscriptions. Put yourself in the shoes of a Japanese soldier, far away from home in a strange land, with nothing to look forward to but more fighting, hardships and perhaps death. I'd think those soldiers would try to find some comfort in their religion, and maybe make some crude Dosojin with the materials and tools at hand.
