You should know, mate, that these things don't exist. They're a continuation of a long line of scams coming from the Philippines. It's all part of a national hysteria there where everyone believes the place is littered with buried treasures. They create a fantastic story, make up some fake evidence and present it for sale at a very good price to "investors" who they beg to help them. For some odd reason, even with this fabulous wealth at their fingertips, they cannot seem to cash in on it without help from someone with a little cash who is greedy enough to wamt to make millions.

The scam relies on the repeating of rumors of fabulous wealth being the result of buying these things.

 I don't know about Australian saiyaysa but I myself saw saiyaysa ussr control 3, my brother broke it and there is diamond inside.. Now we are looking for the buyers..

Utter nonsense no matter how much spin you put on it.

If your trying to sell that item you are perpetrating in fraud.

saiyaysa USSR control 3 in nothing but a fake a childish fantasy imagined up buy scammers in the Philipines, Apparently ones that failed history at school. I hope your brother did not buy it. The simple fact of the matter the USSR did not go to war with Japan until August 1945. No Russian territory was invaded. So how could that alleged USSR treasure end up in the Philipines? It didn't as it was created in the Philipines by scammers for people who are too stupid understand world history.

As for the Australian green diamond that is even more ludicrous.
