i have been told that concrete boxes with treasure inside should be very smooth. if not smooth, walang laman
i have been told that concrete boxes mixed with gravel - walang laman. dont waste your time breaking it but try below that concrete box. dig on the north side of that concrete box.  it might be on the edge of the north side below that concrete box.
if your site has a concrete cover, dont break that cover. clear the top of that cover and dig also on the north side, same principle as the not smooth concrete box (that is there only as an impediment)
