Grin the americans have not printed, made any of those items as they said, so it must have been one of our countrymen who made them and hid them down deep  Mad

The False Authority Premise

The rate of information onslaught is unmanageable ? for everyone

Since everyone knows little, a few can pretend to know lots

Therefore, a few good liars spreading pseudo-knowledge (knowledge assumed rather than learned) can convince a lot of truthful believers that wrong is right, rhetoric is research and opinion is fact

Go Up Go Down

In every walk of life there are those who do fraud for financial gain and those who do it for the notoriety. These fake notes under discussion were not printed to force the US government to pay billions to anyone but to allow those who possess them to come up with some excuse as to why they must sell them at a fraction of their value. "I can't cash them in because . . ." Pretending to be forced to sell them at a sacrificial price because of some complex legal issue is the normal story. Just like the Nigerian scammers who try to convince you to open a bank account just so they can move millions of dollars into the account to split some with you. The FRN boxes are buried to make them age, mate. Nothing more. It takes about 10 years to make them age in the nutrient rich soil of the Philippines tropical jungles. Making sure the box isn't sealed properly allows the paper to age too.

Compare this to the idiots who write computer viruses and trojans. They write them, release them to the world and then sit back imagining how people are suffering for their effort. One convicted and jailed virus author said that he never once saw the actual result of his work but he got a thrill knowing that he had done damage. The people who printed these notes and buried them may be long gone, dead or in prison for some other fraud offenses and their boxes are later found by those who believe what they dug was genuine. Thus, some of those finding the boxes are not trying to scam anyone but are themselves victims. They ardently want to believe they have found billions and I pity them if they fell for the long ago fraud attempt or practical joke.

Let's take this one step further and pretend for a moment that they are real. Just for a moment. If they are, why are they hidden? If they were legally issued by the FRB and given to someone in the Philippines, why then did the bury it instead of taking these pieced of paper to the US and becoming billionaires in the process? Why bury them? Why live in a pallor state when they could be living a life of luxury? It makes no sense at all. Unless they are not real and they knew it.

Wise just one last piece for all of you to THINK ABOUT ...

Different nationalities i have met from over the world came to the Philippines looking for these assets. North Americans, South Americans, Japanese, Chinese, Europeans... WHY?
Whatever different kinds of knowledge and accusations each one throws in here, the truth behind it lies only to those who have involvement in this and those that perpetuated this no matter how you call it... fraud, etc. that is for you to find out, and only those who finds out, will know the truth about it.

Spare the Philippines or the Filipinos who have been victims from your own doings whatever you call them... fraud? then BURY the truth forever. PEACE to everyone.
