Go Up Go Down

1. Why did they not dig up the remaining bars on the next day then?

If you were inside a hole one night, and suddenly it shook because there was no proper timbering and you went out because you are afraid that you will be buried alive. Will you still go inside that hole the next day? Knowing that if you will go inside that hole again, it may be your last. Would you take the risk?

2. Why did he tell you this and not sal?vage the gold themselves?
He told me this because, we already bought the said property from them. And we bought the said property the same year they had the operation.

3. There are many rich people in the Philippines. Why don't you lend money from them? Or why don't you just safe up some money yourself, get all of the treasure yourself - no need to share it with others. Wouldn't this be more economic?
True, but not all rich people here in the Philippines knows about Treasure Hunting. And besides that, I would not want them to think that I would just be milking money from them because that is not my attitude. That is also the reason why I am seeking help from this domain, because you guys have more experience that I do. And I think that you have already dug up some gold bars in your life. And I don't mind sharing the treasure to some people, I mean I'd rather tell people who are expert on treasure hunting and at least get a slice of it. Rather than hopelessly saving up for it, and dig it all by myself, which I know I don't have the "Know How" about it, and end up with nothing. Now, wouldn't that be more practical?

If they do not want to take this risk then why do you or why would anyone else? Again if you are willing to take this risk why won't they?! Doesn't make sense!

2. Why did he tell you this and not sal?vage the gold themselves?

If you have money to buy the property why don't you have money to hire some Filipino workers? Also would you sell a property with gold buried on it??? However if you believe in this then it is sure a very good sale argument. I would raise the price for a property with treasure by several hundred % in opposite to one without treasure on it.

3. There are many rich people in the Philippines. Why don't you lend money from them? Or why don't you just safe up some money yourself, get all of the treasure yourself - no need to share it with others. Wouldn't this be more economic?

You are partyl right! Because some of us have extensive knowledge on treasure hunting we can tell that this is all bogus. No serious treasure hunter would spend his time on this project. Also what know how is needed? Get a shovel and lend a pump and there you go! We can advice you on how to use the shovel. It is very easy!

Personally, If I absolutely knew there were "gold bars" I would have demolished the house by now and dug it all up with a bulldozer!
