this is japanese treasure in the philippines.  encasement is the concrete container of the treasure. we are now breaking the concrete encasement of the treasure (gold and diamonds per our detectors, nokta, gemini 3, garrett and dowsing). its very hard. we used a special drill bit but very little progress. we used acetylene torch, bigger progress but not quite. can anybody suggest a faster way aside from dexpan? when torched with acetylene there is a black asphalt like that melts. we will reward you for your assistance, if your suggestion is a faster solution. my email jvealaw@yahoo.com

Hand held air hammer or mini jack hammer should be the best, but hard to tell without picture.
GOOD LUCK!

For breaking rocks Alexander used large bonfires then after the stone heated and most of the coals died out they would quench it with massive amounts vinegar.

AS
I have two engineering Degrees, I will tell you this much, If you put an Acetylene near concrete the torch will heat
up the trapped air in the concrete and the concrete will explode and if the explosion is big enough to damage the
oxy-acetylene you and those with you will never live long enough to shout OUCH,
Get your self a Kango Breaker and a Diamond pavement saw with a 16"/400mm diamond disc and all the right
safety equipment and that will help do the job, or you can use a water powered Diamond chain saw, or a 9"/235mm
angle grinder with a diamond disc fitted in it, your other choice is to drill loads of holes in straight lines in the
concrete and then Kango out the area with the holes, Never put oxy-acetylene near concrete or rocks because they will
explode due to TRAPPED AIR

It sound more like a water tank as they only use asphalt to water proof wood or concrete structures that are subterrainian
(underground) due to areas that suffer from flooding due to weather or the water table and the correct term is called
Tanking and this is used on retaining walls and the foundations of houses and other buildings to hold back moisture
from entering the foundations, The Japanesse would not have taken Asphalt to your country when they needed Bullits
and food and medical supplies more urgently than asphalt,
Due to the fact war was their main objective at the time.

But good luck with your quest and if it is what you seek then I hope you are rewarded.

heheheh..hardest or any durable encasement built by japanese in wwII to hid gold, diamonds are very very easy to open or break if it is known that it contains truly gold, diamonds. but if it's only a story it's very very very hard or difficult to open and no equipment can open it, that's common in the philippines.
